Alaska Regional Hospital is a 250-bed HCA Healthcare facility located in Anchorage, Alaska. The hospital is known for being the only non-military hospital in the state with its own landing strip, providing the capability to receive LifeFlight Air Ambulance patients via plane onsite.
About the Unit:
- Day Shift Staff: 1 Charge RN, 8 RN's, 1 PCA
- Night Shift: 2 RN's on call
- Ratios: 2:1
- Type of Equipment: Tele Monitoring, Post Cardiac, Cath Devices, Ortho Devices
- EMR: Epic
- Scrubs provided
Typical Procedures:
- Recovery of deep sedation
- Management of post procedural devices
Must Have:
- 1 year of experience in PACU
- ACLS (provided)
- BLS (provided)
- PALS (provided)
- Active AK license
