Job Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Vicksburg, MS. The L&D RN will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers, support deliveries, and collaborate with the obstetric and neonatal teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and babies.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum mothers

Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean births

Monitor maternal and fetal status, including electronic fetal monitoring

Administer medications, perform assessments, and respond to emergencies

Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, and nursing staff

Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience

BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
