Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong experience in long-term care settings. Skilled in managing chronic conditions, providing daily clinical oversight, and delivering personalized care to elderly residents. Proficient in medication administration, wound care, assessments, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Dedicated to promoting resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life while ensuring compliance with all state and federal long-term care regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents and update care plans based on ongoing needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor chronic conditions, recognize changes in resident status, and promptly report concerns.
- Supervise and guide CNAs to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and resident progress.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as RN.
- 1 year of experience required - RN
- BLS from AHA.
- COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
