Travel Nursing Job Details
- Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
- Location: Albany, NY 12208 (New York nursing jobs)
- Healthcare Setting: Level I Trauma Center
- ICU Units: Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, PACU
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/4/2026 – End: 4/5/2026)
- Nursing Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990 - $2130
- EMR System: Epic (Epic EMR experience required)
ICU RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience (Level I trauma center experience preferred)
- Ability to float between multiple ICU units (Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, PACU)
- Proficient in Epic EMR documentation
- Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in various ICU settings
- Float between neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, and PACU as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
- Respond promptly to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions
