Local rate Must reside 75 miles from facility for travel rate Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend Required: BLS, NIH, 2 years acute inpatient experience, Epic experience, KY license, experience reading tele strips NAH-5th Floor , 5E/5W Cardiac Tele/Mixed Acuity (NAH) , 59 beds total , Ratio: 4–6:1 , EPIC , Galaxy Blue (not provided) , Fast-paced cardiac focus , RN reads tele, titrates , Dx: cath, stress test , Meds: milrinone, dobutamine, heparin, amio , Equip: dynamaps, tele monitors.
