Schedule: 12-hour days
Shift Times: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48
Weekends: Every other weekend (block scheduling approved)
About the Role
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Telemetry RN for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position involves caring for cardiac telemetry patients on a 24-bed unit in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Provide direct bedside nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients

Interpret telemetry strips and respond appropriately

Administer medications safely and accurately

Complete detailed charting, documentation, and assessments

Participate in bedside shift reports

Float within the facility as needed
Required Qualifications

Active IN State RN License
-
BLS and ACLS certifications

Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
