Oncology Step-Down RN – Nights | Cleveland, OH
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
Requirements: ACLS; step-down experience highly preferred
Role Highlights:
- Care for complex medical oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration and side effect monitoring
- Interpret cardiac arrhythmias and provide advanced respiratory support (trachs, chest tubes, Airvo, CPAP/BiPAP)
- Identify rapidly changing patient conditions and manage multiple critical situations
- Experience with end-of-life/hospice care
- Strong communication skills essential
