Opportunity:

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Holiday requirements: 1 major and 1 minor holiday
• Floating expectations to general care outside of assigned ICU
• No on-call requirements
• 2 years of experience required
• Both PICU and NICU experience required (NOT general pediatrics)
• Virginia license required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• RRT or CRT certification accepted
• Epic access needed
• Workload dependent on RVU basis with 580 minutes assigned out of 720-minute shift
• ICU assignments may have higher RVU allocation
• One week department orientation followed by shadowing and training
• Scrubs required: Charcoal Gray or Pewter

The facility utilizes Epic electronic health records and maintains high standards for respiratory therapy services.
