Job Description
Join a dynamic team in the Emergency Department, where we handle a diverse patient population, from birth to end of life. Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking and patient experience skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the Emergency Department, managing a patient ratio of 1-4 to 1-5.
- Nurture strong patient relationships while delivering critical care in high-stress situations.
- Assist with various conditions, including strokes, STEMIs, and trauma cases.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department.
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and NIHSS are required.
- Excellent communication skills, both with patients and families.
- Ability to float to areas where competencies allow as needed.
