Job Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. This is a float pool position, providing care across medical-surgical and telemetry units. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care using critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership while supervising assigned personnel as appropriate.
Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

Monitor and assess telemetry and medical-surgical patients, responding to changes in condition

Delegate and supervise patient care tasks based on staff competency and patient acuity

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care

Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional development

Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR

Float across units as needed, providing competent care on multiple patient care areas
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of telemetry or MS experience

Arizona RN license
-
BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Experience in delegation and supervision of staff in a hospital setting
