Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position, requiring a VA or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is located in an Emergency Room setting
- Work schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Care for a range of emergency patient cases
- Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the assignment location
- COVID-19 vaccination card required
- Candidates provide emergency care to a diverse population in a fast-paced environment
- Must be prepared for a variety of emergency medical situations
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Cannot have worked as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
- Cannot be employed full time elsewhere
