Requirements:

2+ yrs. of exp. Required.

RN Active License Required.

ACLS, BLS, PALS Required.

Trauma Level II Experience Required.

LTAC Experience Required.

Description:

Main Operating Room
2-3 YRS EXP strongly preferred*
Monday to Thursday , with call:1 weekday and 1 weekend/month.

ACLS, PALS, BLS

3-4 days orientation
Need robotic XI, orthopedic, spine/neuro, general/gyn, some ENT, some ophthalmology, pain management, urology, vascular and Trauma Level 2
