Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU assignment requiring a ME or compact license and at least two years of ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
- Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
- 13-week contract assignment
- Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive monitoring and interventions
- May be required to float to facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
- No travel pairs or groups will be considered for this position
- Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (ME or NH residents) will be considered local for pay purposes
- Returning employees must disclose employment within MaineHealth facilities in the past 12 months
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- SSN and date of birth may be required for onboarding
- Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on the assignment
Requirements
- Active ME or compact state RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Must provide a driver's license for consideration
