Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a hospital-based radiology assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in an acute care hospital radiology department and offsite clinic
- Primary modalities include CT and X-ray with some MR expected
- Uses Siemens Somatom Perspective 64-slice CT scanner and GE MRI
- Day shift, 5x8 hour shifts per week
- On-call required for CT and X-ray with 30 minute turnaround
- Must be willing to float between main hospital and offsite clinic in Coos Bay
- Charting performed in Cerner EMR system
- Must be flexible to cover both hospital and offsite clinic locations
- Call coverage involves both CT and X-ray responsibilities
- Quick adaptability and strong technical skills preferred
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent CT experience required
- BLS certification and ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) credentials required
- Certified CT Technologist verification required
- Oregon state OBMI license with both Radiology and CT required
- License required if applicable
