Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled RN Supervisor specializing in Psychiatry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult psychiatric care and will be responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff in the psychiatric unit
- Oversee patient care activities and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
- Facilitate communication between staff and families
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- BLS certification
