Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Job Details
- Assignment Type: Travel healthcare contract
- Location: Fenton, Missouri (63026) – St. Louis area
- Clinical Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab

- End Date: April 13, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30; may vary 06:30 – 17:00)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call Requirement: 11-12 call shifts/month, including 1-2 weekends
- Scrubs: Provided
Qualifications for CT / Rad Tech Jobs
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, CT Technologist, or Radiologic Technologist
- Valid ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Proven experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Ability to take scheduled call shifts, including weekends
- OSHA Respirator Clearance and FIT testing required (must be clean shaven)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures, including cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations, and laser-assisted interventions
- Assist with scrub procedures, temporary pacemaker placement, and STEMI cases
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment (Philips, Siemens X-ray, IVUS/IFR/FFR)
- Monitor and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias; respond promptly and appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to all healthcare safety protocols
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in compliance with healthcare standards
