Opportunity:

Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements
• 3+ years of family practice or internal medicine experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• Professional scrubs of any color required
• Primary responsibilities include in-basket management and triaging
• Answer phones and manage prescription refills
• Provide patient education and handle prior authorizations
• Occasionally assist with rooming patients and in-office procedures
• Work with patient population from birth to geriatrics
• Handle routine and sick visits, follow-ups, diabetes management, hypertension care, annual exams, immunizations, and Medicare annuals
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• New employee orientation provided plus remainder of first week for unit orientation
• Request time off through manager approval process

Facility:
This family practice clinic operates as a high-volume healthcare facility with 12 examination rooms serving patients from birth through geriatrics. The clinic maintains a busy schedule seeing approximately 4 patients every 15 minutes and provides comprehensive primary care services including routine visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and immunizations. The facility features on-site laboratory services for phlebotomy and imaging capabilities, supported by a full healthcare team including physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses.
