• Interview Process: Candidate interview with MedSol Clinical Team only (no Unit Manager interview)
• Radius Rule: 60 miles – Driver’s License required with submission
• Orientation: Clinicians must be in-state for orientation week, even if first-day modules are remote
Unit Information: L&D / PP / MB (SCG)
• L&D Beds: 12 LDRP rooms
• OR Suites (C-Sections): 1
• Triage Beds: 1
• Postpartum Beds: 12 (LDRP rooms)
• Birth Volume: ~1.5/day | 50–60/month
• Ratios: Follows AWHONN guidelines
Certifications Required
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
Experience / Required Skills
• LDRP experience
• Couplet care
• Circulate in OR
• Pitocin titration required
Staffing & Support
• Charge Nurse: Yes – typically carries an assignment
• Support Staff: 1 Surgical Tech
• OB/Neonatologist: Not in house 24/7
• Anesthesia: Not in house 24/7
• RT Equipment: None
Monitoring
• No adult telemetry
• Fetal Monitoring: Required
• EFM Systems: GE & OBIX
Scheduling & Requirements
• Shifts: Fill current needs first; grouping may be allowed based on preference
• Weekends: Every other
• Holidays: None required
• Call/Standby: Yes, per policy
• Floating: Yes, per policy
Dress Code: Any professional scrub color
Orientation: 1–2 shifts
