Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Days (Permanent, Direct Hire)
Location: Terre Haute, IN
Schedule: Full-time | Days | 7:00a–7:30p (12-hour shifts)
Pay: Up to $45/hr (based on experience)
DESCRIPTION
We’re hiring permanent RNs for multiple inpatient units in Terre Haute, IN on day shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity at a well-known, Magnet-designated hospital with strong onboarding and unit support. You’ll be matched to the best-fit unit based on your experience, interests, and current unit needs.
Units may include (based on availability/fit):
• Med/Surg – Renal-focused/Medical Max Care
• Med/Surg – Stroke Step-Down
What you’ll do:
• Perform assessments, administer meds/IV therapies, and document care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient/family education and support discharge planning
• Follow safety, infection prevention, and unit protocols
• Communicate and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately
Requirements:
• Active Indiana RN license
• BLS certification
• ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• RN experience preferred (new grads considered for select units based on orientation availability)
Employment type: Permanent, direct-hire (full-time)
Shift: Nights, 7:00p–7:30a (12-hour shifts)
Pay: Up to $45/hr (based on experience)
Shift differential: Night shift differential offered (and weekend differential when applicable); exact amount varies by unit and will be confirmed during the offer process
Units: Stroke step-down Med/Surg or renal-focused Med/Surg (telemetry as ordered; some BiPAP/step-down)
