HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Seattle, Washington.

Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in an outpatient clinic setting

Perform comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations and provide ongoing treatment

Treat children and adolescents with autism, developmental delays, neurodevelopmental disorders, and related conditions

Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care with measurable goals
-
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions with a focus on functional communication and family-centered care
-
Utilize adaptive and alternative communication devices and communication boards as appropriate
-
Conduct reassessments, discharge planning, and outcome tracking
-
Educate patients and families on treatment strategies, home programs, and safety
-
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and billing in the electronic medical record
-
Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
-
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
CCC-SLP certification
-
BLS certification
-
Prior travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)

Experience in pediatric outpatient speech therapy

Strong experience working with children with autism and their families

Required experience with Epic documentation system

Ability to manage a 1:1 patient ratio with approximately 8 visits per day

Proficiency in pediatric speech and language assessments and treatment

Experience with alternative communication devices and communication boards

Knowledge of Medicaid documentation and billing requirements

Strong patient and family education skills

Ability to work independently and remain self-directed
