Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Cardiac Telemetry assignment requiring a NH or compact license and recent tele experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Cardiac Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital
- Patient population includes cardiac medical and telemetry cases
- Night shift, 7:00PM to 7:00AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- No local candidates accepted due to a 50-mile radius requirement
- Main responsibilities include caring for cardiac and telemetry patients
- Certification documents and license verification must be submitted for review
- No Canadian SSNs will be accepted
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Requirements
- Active NH or compact RN license required
- At least 1 year of recent specialty experience in Cardiac Telemetry
- Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current ACLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Certification required
- Must provide valid US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
- Must provide at least one professional reference
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
