· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 PCT per shift, 1 US during day shift

· Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend days (nights weekend days are Saturday and Sunday)
· Floating policy: as needed
· Patient Experience requirements: Whiteboards, Bedside Shift Report, Hourly Safety Rounds, Key Words
