Required:
NY RN license in hand
3+ years current ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Telemetry/rhythm competency: must read rhythms and pass hospital proctored exam
>80% rhythm ID accuracy
100% critical rhythm accuracy
Flu vaccine (or approved exemption)
Local policy:
No travelers within 50 miles of Saratoga
Additional county-based exclusions apply (primary residence in listed counties not eligible)
