OSF Neuro MedSurg Acute (RN) | EPIC | 54 beds
Ratios: Days 1:4–5 | Nights 1:5–6 | PCT support (days ~1:9–10; nights ~1:10–12)
Must-haves: IL license (or proof initiated), Level 1 trauma + prior travel (no 1st timers), dedicated Neuro unit exp, BLS + NIHSS, heparin gtt/titration
Patients: Stroke, spine surgery, seizures, brain tumors, head injury; some med overflow
Schedule: 12s | Every other weekend + every other holiday | No call
Submission items: last 4 SSN, middle initial, RTO, IL license status, drug-free campus acknowledgment
OSF notes: local within 50mi = -$25 bill, 12h call-off/13 wks, 12h non-billable orientation (not in guaranteed hours)
