Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to interpret EKGs and manage critical drips.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in ICU or related specialty.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong knowledge of critical care principles and practices.
