Facility: 47-bed acute care hospital (LPNT)
Unit: Surgery / OR
Openings: 1
Hours: 36 hrs/week
Call: Required (10–11 days/month; up to 15–16 if limited staff)
Weekends: Every other / as needed
Ratios: 1:1–1:2
Experience: 2+ years (travel experience preferred, not required)
Certs Required at Submission: ACLS, BLS, PALS, HWC
Charting: CQI, Medhost
Floating: As needed (Pre-Op)
Scrubs: Hospital provided
NM Requirement: Fingerprinting/background check required (14-day supervised waiver allowed).
Orientation: Weekly, Mondays
Local Rule: Must live 60+ miles from facility to qualify as traveler.
