Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care/skilled nursing settings, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
