2YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty
2YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting
ACTIVE BLS (AHA)
ACTIVE ACLS (AHA)
Must have Skills/Exp-Critical Care - To ensure patient safety it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities
