Experience: 2+ years required (screen out under 2 years)
Former Swedish perm staff: Not eligible (hard stop – no exceptions)
License: Active Compact license accepted at Swedish facilities
Floating: Required – may float to other ORs at First Hill Campus
Certifications:
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
CNOR (Preferred)
Call Requirements (per 6-week schedule):
3 weeknight calls (11p–7a)
3 weekend calls (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
30-minute response time required
Scheduling:
6-week schedules provided in advance
Occasional adjustments discussed beforehand
Hard Stops (Required Experience):
Thoracic & Vascular (must be able to take call independently)
Robotics
General, Urology, GYN
Bariatrics
Minor vascular
Plastics
Thoracic cases
