DAYS: 4x10s 7:00AM-5:00PM, day off TBD; on call=3-5 shifts per 4-week period, including weekday evenings and weekends. On the week of a holiday, the holiday would be their scheduled day off to guarantee the 40-hour work week. Any call shifts that fall on the holiday are 24 hours.
