LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.
Job Description & Requirements

🩺 Responsibilities
- Provide safe Labor & Delivery nursing care to mothers and newborns
- Monitor fetal and maternal status during labor
- Assist with deliveries and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with OB providers and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation (Paragon charting)
- Support postpartum transition as needed
- Float within scope (except ER, L&D, Postpartum, NICU are exempt)
⏰ Shift
- Night shift
- 3×12 hours per week
- 18:45 – 07:15
📋 Job Requirements & Qualifications
🧠 Experience
3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
2 years L&D experience minimum (per Tier-2 Travel Compliance notes)
📄 Certifications (Required unless marked as Preferred)
BLS – Basic Life Support
ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
AWHONN Intermediate
AWHONN Advanced
CA RN License (must be in hand; no EMSA)
C‑EFM (preferred but accepted with AWHONN)
FHM (preferred)
🏥 Work Experience Requirements
Travel experience: Not required
Floating: Required as per policy (except ER, L&D, Postpartum, NICU)
📝 Charting System
Paragon (training provided)
