Non Clinical RN Case Manager
Augusta, ME
Pay: 48.00 to 52.00 per hour
DT-Trak Consulting is hiring a Registered Nurse III level Case Manager to support medical readiness operations for the Maine Army National Guard in Augusta, ME.
This is a non clinical role. You will not provide bedside care. You will manage medical readiness cases and documentation.
What You Will Do
• Manage open medical readiness cases
• Coordinate referrals and follow ups
• Track temporary and permanent profiles
• Support Medical Evaluation Board processes
• Ensure compliance with readiness standards
• Maintain accurate documentation in case systems
Requirements
• Active RN license
• 3 plus years RN experience
• Case management experience
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain CAC clearance
Preferred
• Military or federal healthcare experience
• Knowledge of IMR, eCase, or eProfile
• Experience with MEB or PEB processes
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Day shift
Occasional readiness event weekends
