HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Med/Surg/Telemetry RNs for a 13-week day shift travel assignment in Syracuse, New York. This opportunity is within a high-acuity facility requiring strong clinical skills and autonomy.
Position Overview

Adult Med/Surg units with telemetry monitoring
-
12-hour day shifts
-
Every other weekend required

Some holidays required

Excessive time off and set weekly schedules will not be approved

Must be comfortable working in a trauma-capable facility
Clinical Requirements

Must be able to independently:
-
Level I or Level II trauma experience preferred
-
EPIC experience preferred
Qualifications

Current New York State RN Registration
-
BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1.5 years of recent (within past 2 years) acute care experience in a similar size/level hospital
-
Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma designation

Strong nursing assessment and patient care skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to perform majority of patient care skills with minimal orientation
