Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure in Physical Therapist Assistant.
-Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
-Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting.
-Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
-Effective time management skills.
