Job Description
An opportunity is available for a dedicated MS/Tele RN to provide care during night shifts. The role requires a strong background in telemetry nursing and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and manage dysrhythmias.
- Administer medications and manage IV drips as per protocols.
- Perform assessments and document patient progress in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Float as needed within the specialty and assist with lower acuity cases.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing.
- Active MD RN license.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI.
- Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
