Med Surg / Tele RN – Surgical Unit | 3x12 Days | 36hrs

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg / Tele RN for a fast-paced 48-bed inpatient surgical unit.

This unit manages complex post-operative and vascular patients in a high-acuity environment.

🎯 Must-Have Experience

✔ Total joint replacements (hips & knees)
✔ PCA pump management
✔ Sepsis management
✔ TPN & Lipids
✔ Heparin titration per protocol
✔ Surgical RN experience (minimum 1 year)
✔ EPIC experience REQUIRED

48 beds
1:4–6 ratios (days)
Tele monitor tech support
LPN & CNA support
Primary care nursing model

⏰ Schedule

☀️ 3x12-hour shifts (7a–7:30p)
📅 36 hours/week
📆 Every other weekend
🎄 Holiday rotation

No call required.

⚠️ Fast-paced surgical unit with high admit/discharge volume.
