Position: Rapid Response RN (High Acuity Cardiac)
🔎 Required Experience (Must Have)
Seeking high-acuity cardiac nurses with experience in:
- ECMO
- LVAD
- Cath Lab Recovery
- CVICU
- E4 (4-Heart Step-Down / Progressive Care)
⚠️ Strong cardiac critical care background required
⚠️ Must be comfortable with rapid response-level patients

- 48 Hours Guaranteed
- OT paid after 48 hours
- RTO / Special Scheduling NOT accommodated
- Orientation:
- 4-hour hospital orientation
- 8-hour unit shift

- RNs: All Navy, All White, or Navy/White combo
- CNAs: Galaxy Blue (Royal Blue – NOT Navy)
- Sitters (non-CNA): Purple
- RTs: Medium Gray / Pewter
- LPNs: Sage Green
