Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
- 2 years of recent ER experience required
- Travel experience preferred (first-time travelers considered case-by-case)
- Must pass telemetry assessment (80% minimum score during orientation)
Clinical Skills Required
Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia interpretation
Management of critically ill, multi-system organ failure patients
Stroke (CVA) patient care
Blood product administration
Central line care & IV therapy
IV sedation & vasopressor administration
Ventilator management
BiPAP/CPAP management
ABG interpretation
Isolation precautions & PPE
Triage experience
