MUST have experience with both Cath Lab and ICU!!
1 year of management experience, 3 years RN experience required.
1 year clinical leadership experience required.
If the candidate doesn't have all certs but meets majority of requirements the CNO will still look at them.
Unit Nurse Manager - Cath Lab and ICU
# of beds Cath Lab: 1 Cath Lab Room/ 3 pre/post bays ;ICU: 8
Ratios Cath Lab: 3-4 per case (RN/Tech)
ICU: 1 to 2 can go up to 1 to 3 (depending on acuity)
Required Certifications ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, CRRT competency
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Cath Lab: Cardiac, Vascular, EP, IR , Non invasive Cardiology ICU:
