WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Morristown, NJ.
Job Function:
- Night Shift.
- 3x12: 7pm-7am.
- Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU.
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
- Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members.
- Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing.
- Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams.
- Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year ICU experience (required)
Licensure: RN license (required)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required)
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
