Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
- Certifications Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, WI or Compact RN License
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience; critical access hospital or emergency department experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to work nights, strong communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled Med/Surg nursing care to patients in a critical access hospital setting, ensuring safe and effective treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and progress using EPIC EMR system.
- Monitor patient vital signs during 12-hour night shifts, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
