Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel and must hold a valid Ohio nursing license. This position requires delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and implement nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Critical Care nursing experience.
- Active Ohio nursing license required.
- Current certifications as required by the specialty.
- Reference from a supervisor or manager in the specialty is required for submission.
