Position Details:
Job Title - RN Med/Surg Tele
Unit - MedSurg/Tele
Duration -13 Weeks
Shift -Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Location - Stockbridge, GA 30281
Position Summary:
Compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse with experience providing comprehensive care to adult patients in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. Skilled in cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, medication administration, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Proficient in assessing patient status, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and responding effectively to clinical changes in fast-paced hospital environments.
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting.
- Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; promptly report abnormalities and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including head-to-toe evaluations and ongoing reassessments.
Note: 1 year of Med-Surg/tele Experience
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year
- Certifications: BLS AHA, ACLS AHA, NIHSS, RN license
