Facility/Unit: Elizabethtown Community Hospital (Elizabethtown & Ticonderoga, NY) – Emergency Medicine | 25-bed CAH; 6 ER beds per campus

Experience: 2+ years ED | Prior travel required | Non-teaching

Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CEN, ENPC

Ratios/Support: 1:6 | 1 CNA/PCT + 1 unit secretary per shift | Charge required

Systems: Epic ASAP | Pyxis (Epic)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts; posted schedule | every other weekend & every other holiday

Floating: Yes—float between Elizabethtown and Ticonderoga ERs

Patient Population/Skills: All ages, any ED dx; drips/IV therapy, lab draws, respiratory treatments, EKGs/cardiac monitoring

Equipment: IV pumps, vents, external pacing, high-flow O2, CPAP/BiPAP (vents managed by RN/MD while prepping for transport)
