📅 Unique Scheduling: 5-on/2-off, 2-on/5-off rotation (Negotiable!)
🏥 Unit Size: Small, 6-bed ICU—ideal for those who prefer personalized patient care.
💰 Weekly Pay: $2,146.00 Gross ($900 Taxable + $1,246 Stipends)
🌟 Experience Variety: Primarily Adult ICU with occasional Pediatric cases.
🩺 Role Highlights:
Critical Care Management: Provide high-acuity nursing care in a rural ICU setting.
Cross-Generational Care: Lead interventions for adult patients with the ability to stabilize pediatric patients as needed.
Autonomous Practice: Flourish in a smaller unit where your critical thinking and independent assessment skills are vital.
Night Owl Special: Dedicated 7P–7A coverage (36 hours/week).
📋 Requirements:
Experience: Previous ICU experience (Rural or Critical Access experience is a plus!).
Licensure: Active Texas or Compact RN License.
Certifications: Must hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS (due to occasional pediatric volume).
Adaptability: Comfortable being one of the primary providers in a small-unit environment.
