We have an exciting opportunity for a civilian Emergency Medicine Physician at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, VA. Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient care in a low acuity environment
- Work in a slower paced ER setting without Trauma or Peds cases
- Diagnose and treat common conditions such as chest pains, Gastroenteritis, and COPD Exacerbations
- Enjoy double physician coverage from 10am to 7pm
Qualifications:
- Active state medical license
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- 12 months of ER experience within the last 24 months
- DEA and Controlled Substance Licensed
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
