Position: PICU RN
Shift:
- Primary: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
- Alternate: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
- Rotating Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Shifts may be variable if needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital
- Facility will try to honor traveler’s preferred shift, but reserves the right to rotate shifts if necessary
Experience Requirements: - Minimum 18 months of permanent (staff) experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel assignments
- Minimum 18 months of recent Pediatric experience required
- Travel experience may be considered
- Experience in epilepsy monitoring and specialized care for patients of all ages up to 25 years
Licensure: - Active Ohio RN License OR Compact State License required
- Certifications Required:
- BLS – AHA or American Red Cross
- ACLS – AHA or American Red Cross
- PALS – AHA or American Red Cross
- EKG competency required
- Inotropes experience required
- NIHSS preferred
Additional Requirements: - Traveler must work at least every other holiday
- ECG Rhythm Recognition Test will be completed during orientation
- SafeMedicate Assessment required during orientation
- Acceptable score required on both assessments
