Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience with proven proficiency
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Expertise in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias
- Cardiac telemetry knowledge and experience required
- Skills in pre/post cardiac patient care and central line management
- Ability to work in complex environments with patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6
- Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system
- Valid RN license (in hand or compact license accepted)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience floating between units and managing diverse patient needs
- Strong multitasking and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active RN license
- At least 2 years of recent telemetry-focused nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
$2167 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
