Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Nursing degree from an accredited program (RN)
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (required); TNCC, CPI/MOAB, CEN (preferred)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year ED experience within the past year; additional 2-5 years nursing experience preferred; first-time traveler accepted with 3+ years ED experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts; strong IV skills; excellent cardiac rhythm interpretation; ability to manage STEMI/CVA/Sepsis treatments; proficient in medication titration

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations, including neonates to geriatrics, in a fast-paced ED setting.
- Administer medications, monitor cardiac rhythms, and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including CNA, RT, hospitalists, and ED educator, to coordinate patient care and maintain optimal workflows.
- Perform skilled procedures such as IV placement, Foley and NGT management, and peripheral blood draws with proficiency and safety.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EPIC EMR system and communicate effectively with team members and patients.
