Requirements:
- 2+ Years specialty experience
- NE or Compact license, BLS,
- Able to drive own vehicle and valid driver's license and car insurance needed
Duties:
- Direct clinical nursing services in client’s home/residence or facility, including but not limited to IV therapy, venipuncture, wound cares and wound vac,
- Hospice, coordination of care between MD, facility, patient/family and rehab.
- Must be able to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, team oriented with previous nursing experience needed.
- Fleet of 10 hospital vehicles they will have access to, if all are taken, they can use rental car and will be reimbursed mileage in accordance with federal standards
- 5-6 routine visits per day, depending on cases. If an admission case, then likely 3 ish visits.
